After placing your order with Snikizer, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, we will email you tracking information so you can monitor its journey. You can select your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during checkout.

#### Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. However, during periods of high demand, processing times may extend beyond 3 business days. Please ensure that your payment and shipping information is accurate and complete to avoid any delays.

#### Estimated Shipping Time

The total delivery time includes both processing and shipping periods:

– **Processing Time (1-2 business days)**: This includes preparing your item(s), performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

– **Shipping Time (7-12 business days)**: This is the time required for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your delivery address.

#### Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days, please contact us. Tracking updates may take 2-5 business days to appear in the system. If there is no update after 5 days, please reach out to us at our customer support email.

#### Address Changes

You have up to 24 hours to request an address change. Please email us at [email protected] to update your shipping address.

#### Shipping Restrictions

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, including any specific details such as apartment numbers. If you notice any issues with your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, we will provide you with the carrier’s phone number to correct your address directly.

To minimize shipping costs, we use a one-way shipping service. If a package is returned to the sender, please note that “delivered to original sender” on the tracking update does not indicate that the package has returned to our warehouse, but rather to our shipping agency’s storage. We are unable to issue a refund if:

– The package fails to be delivered after several attempts by the shipper.

– You refuse the package.

– Delivery fails due to an issue with the address you provided.

– You claim not to have received the package, but the tracking update shows it was successfully delivered.

For lost or missing packages that we agree to replace, we will provide you with the shipping carrier’s information and tracking number to assist in tracking your package.

#### Taxes & Duties

Import duties, taxes, local taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Snikizer is not responsible for reporting or paying taxes. These charges vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. All orders from Snikizer are made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Import taxes and duties will be billed by the shipping carrier upon delivery, depending on local sales tax laws. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine additional costs.
